Verified Purchase. The customer service was excellent!! It is the book I hated, but it was a required textbook for class. If you have to purchase this, I suggest that you do a lot of research, via YouTube video's to learn. This book goes back and forth from chapter to chapter, so many times that it makes it severely confusing. It also lacks a search bar, which actually would have made things a little easier for me. When your assignment doesn't give you the chapter in which something was written, and there is no search bar to look it up, it basically makes the book a completer disaster.

She found this manual very helpful and of course, it step by step method made it a breeze to follow what needed to be done in MS Office. She highly recommends this for people who want to learn Office or pros who want to refresh and learn what is new in Microsoft's latest Office suite. This book is great for anyone who may want to learn the MS Office Pro programs. The Step by Step projects are a very good way of learning many of the basic features in each program in the office suite.

I bought this because I wanted something to learn MS Publisher by. The projects were very helpful, but there weren't enough of them.

I was left with many questions about the program, which the book didn't answer for me. A recent Office upgrade put my husband into some unfamiliar territory. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to get it right the first time!

This huge book did not have a thing on Outloook's archive function and I cannot find my archived folders. Not much on Publisher--could not help me with my problem with that, either Styles. The "Step by Step" books are great for learning new programs. Easy to follow and understand, they let you learn in at your own pace in a logical and consistent manner.

The content of this book is vast which is great, but the charts and diagrams are small and everything is printed in black and white. See all reviews. Top reviews from other countries. Book ok but find the illustrations quite small. As I have created training manuals myself I feel it would be better if the illustrations were larger.
